So when apple wins, Xerox can then sue Apple, right?  I mean you said yourself

What about X, andrew, NeWs...etc...etc???  


And ms didnt use Apples code so they went through almost as much in development
costs....  the cost of the specs may have been slightly cheaper though.  maybe,
But if Apple didnt spec it out then, all that time is their own fault.  Granted
specs change, but if managment doesnt hand us ANY thing about what they want,
you can sit back and say "this is going to be a LONG project"

This "look and feel" can go too far.  Some hoser that clones lotus and doenst
even try to improve interface, well they oughta be sued, being the unimagantive
hoserboys they are.....but.....
