Is there a color screen dump program available for the Mac II, for dumping
to an Imagewriter II or LQ?
Also, does the Imagewriter driver on the Mac II produce color output on
the Imagewriter II and LQ? (We haven't received our machines yet)
If not, is there a new/modified printer driver available?
