I think that these platinum boxes are a bit over-engineered and can figure this out. Also, 'way back when in the original Macs, Apple had a proprietary technology which enabled them to use cheap memory w/the 68000 by doing some sort of syncing of clock rates, I don't know any details. I'm taking a guess and thinking that some of this may still be in there. Does anyone know? --Paul
