Does anyone have a copy or has anyone read the actual brief that Apple 
filed in court?  I may have missed a previous posting, but a NOT too
reliable source suggested a different reason than the same-old 
"Apple vs. Xerox" argument.

I heard that the suit may be more than just a copyright protection of 
Apple's user-interface.  That HP's New Wave may have too many similarities 
to Apple's FILE system, including naming of the system files, and that 
OS/2 PM has similiar programs called: Paint and Write.
