Your telephone hadnset then plugs into the speaker port on your Macintosh. Your telephone handset then plugs into a jack on the HyperDialer case. There are no power connections. To dial a number you simply lift the telephone handset, make sure you have a dialtone, then tell HyperCard or QuickDex to dial your number.
