I have experienced the same problem as the original poster, except that
instead of being limited to the shift key, it also sometimes happens
with the control key or the option key.  I do not have a copy of Easy
Access in my System Folder, so I believe the problem must be coming from
another source.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
