I posted this request before, but got 0 response.  Can someone please tell me
who wrote the ShowInit code that displays INIT's icons at startup?  I recall
that it was put in the PD, and is used by most INITs, but I can't find
it anywhere.  Either an author's address, or a copy of the code would be
appreciated.
