The compiler is part of the "GNX" language tools package, which, in turn, runs on (among other environments) a "GENIX" system, which is a port of SysV . I have no idea of the cost of any of these packages, as I am not involved in sales/marketing, but your (hopefully) local NS rep will be able to find out for you.
