The reason I bring this up is when I installed my hard disk I tried to make it the boot disk and failed. When going through my manuals they mentioned both the dip switch configration and the boot command using B0 My machine does not reconize Function key 3. I can toggel and with no problem. Any suggestions or comments. For now I boot on floppy and set my default to the hard disk for work. Just remembered this... When I set the dip switch and started the crate up I get an error along the lines of Illegal boot configuration. then if I want I can manualy tell it to boot off the floppy.
