History.arc is a command line editor.  It's better than CED for the following
reasons:

	Comes with Turbo C source.
	Implements the DOS function key editing.
	Completes filenames when you press ^J.
	Searches backwards for an old command when you type ^L.

This is version 1.4R, which takes only 7.7K.  The previous version took
27K because I botched the stack size computation.

Freely copyable for non-commercial purposes.
