I have been looking into document interchange formats.  Recently I ran into
a reference to a "Rich Text Format" invented by Microsoft.  From what I've
heard, this is a straight ASCII representation of a complete MS-Word
document, formatting info and all.

Where can I get a spec for this format?  I'll appreciate any info (even
rumor (-: ) that you can send.
