We are in the process of developing a unix accounting package. 
Our environment is very unique, two connection machines, many suns,
an alliant, multimax and vax8800.  We expect to acquire many 
different unix boxes in the future. Therefore we need a very portable
accounting package.  Of course we have to report the basics (cpu time,
connect time,disk usage, ....). 

We don't want to re-invent the wheel.  Does anyone know of or
have such a package?
