In my biased opinion, HDB has 3 major advantages over the 4.3bsd uucp.

	1) The Permissions file
	2) The Dialers file
	3) Subdirectories per site.

4.3 aleady has almost all of the other good ideas the HDB did. The
subdirecories are coming soon. The Dialers are coming soon. The
Permissions file is coming some day.

It is my stated goal to make the 4.3bsd uucp do everything HDB does
without using any of the HDB code.
