Due to our being about $5,000 over budget on long-distance telephone charges,
I am being forced to suspend all outgoing long distance calls for the months
of April, May, and June, 1988.  Normal service is expected to resume beginning
in July.  Please accept my apology for the inconvenience.  Incoming calls
will be accepted as usual.  During this time, any mail collected will
be held for pickup.

This will affect connections from pitt to: aa4cg, allegra, amanue,
bellcore, bgsuvax, psuvax1, sir-alan, thumper, w2xo, winfree, wmcs,
and wvucsb.
