Since there is no newsgroup particularly dedicated to Microsoft Windows,
(nor do I know if traffic would warrant it)
I propose starting a mailing list for those interested in or working with
Microsoft Windows.  I am aware of the services offered by Genie, and of
course the (in)famous DIAL;  Perhaps we could use this forum as a supplement
to those.

I am volunteering to collect names and administer the mailing list, as well
as archive any files that may find their way into the discussion.  I am 
willing to set up uucp connections to facilitate distribution, as well as
look into an automated "server" ala SIMTEL-20.
