I don't see the connection. If you want to make sure the encrypted data is
valid, decrypt it and see if it matches. If you want to make sure it doesn't
get mangled in transmission, you can send along ECC data without affecting
the security. But inserting data as a consistency check would be losing
security, no? In short, could you explain your idea?
