NYC just banned smoking in most public places. I am really happy about this, as I really hate smoking and I'm prone to finding really obnoxious smokers who like to smoke in elevators and the like. How do I reconsile this with the fact thaam basically a libertarian who thinks that the gov should stay out of most of our lives? Actually, I tend to believe that, if the gov is going to exist, it SHOULD do some good, but I don't k if this follows. Actually, I basically ignore this and will probably get horribly self-rightous if I catch anyone smoking near me, but that's besides the point.
