Shawn,

	It appears after discussions with the staff at Los Alamos that
this was an isolated incident and is on its way to resolution.  As you
suggested I have added a note at the beginning of the data entry form
to remind users to expect a confirmation notice when they submit
sequence data using XGENPUB.  I hope that everything is settled soon
to your satisfaction.
