	Would someone please post a summary of the effects of the lon
protease in E. coli and any relevent experiences with obtaining high
levels of expression with and without a defective lon protease.

	Also, does anyone have a strain which has worked for them.

	I am interested in expression of yeast pyrophosphatase, and
in yeast we have had a time of it with the native yeast proteases.
