The document from Adobe Systems describing the Character Bitmap
Distribution Format is, indeed, a copyrighted document.  However, we
made the source to it available and we send it to people so that you
can use it.  You may redistribute the document far and wide, as long as
our copyright notice is intact.

It is also available from our file server.  Send mail to
"ps-file-server@adobe.COM" or "..{decwrl,sun}!adobe!ps-file-server"
containing the line:

	send Documents bitmaps.ps

If you have never used the file server before, you might send it a
message containing the word "help".
