I have a requirement to be able to read a mixture of formatted ASCII text
and bit mapped graphics into a commercial WYSIWYG type package for editing.

One avenue under consideration is to provide the input in a form compatible
with something like Windows.

Can anyone comment on this, and in particular whether there is a published
standard format for use in data transfers of this sort, either to Windows
based packages, or other WYSIWYG word processors.

Any intelligent comment apreciated.
