Do you know of or work with a commercial image compression system? Are you 
impressed or dissapointed with the results? If so I would be interested in 
hearing from you. I am compiling a list of commercially available hardware or 
software/systems for image compression.

The properties I am interested in are:

	- Image Types	: Monotone/Grey/Colour
	- Speed		: Time to compress an image (state size)
	- Compression	: Compression ratio (state conditions)
	- Reversible	: Reversible vs non-reversible compressions
	- Algorithm	: compression algorithm classification
	- Type		: Type of system (software and hardware)
	- Cost		: Approximate price if applicable
	- Other 	: Information qualifying the benchmarks

Results from non-commercial systems whould also be interesting for comparison.
Tabulated results of this survey will be posted to this newsgroup.
