The IPSA APL shareware package made it to SIMTEL20 on the first posting.
I have split it into two ARCs because it was too large to fit on a
floppy disk for backup.  The files are SAPLPC-A.ARC and SAPLPC-B.ARC and
are available from the PD1:<MSDOS.APL> directory via standard anonymous
FTP or via LISTSERV@RPICICGE.BITNET.
