We need to document various displays which appear on our 386 UNIX
system which utilise the full character set available on the PC monochrome
display adapters.  Has anyone developed a PostScript font for
these characters?  (We are willing to pay $$$.)

Failing that, has anyone a description (preferably machine readable)
of the 9x11 bit-mapped characters used on the MDA?
