I am wondering if anyone has had experiences with the new
HP DESK JET ink jet printer.  I have had one since they were
marketed, Feb. 1, and have not, no matter what I try, been able
to download fonts.  I have WORD4, CHIWRITER and PCTEX and none of
them is able to download the font.  I have the 128k memory cartridge,
and have been able to do graphics on it, and for the most part, been
able to use other packages telling them that it was an HP LASER JET II
or PLUS.  But no font download, and the retailer has not been helpful.

Other than that, the DESK JET is pretty nice, certainly slower than
LASER JET, but less costly (about 1/3 cost to us) and less maintainence
cost.
