     I recently starting using Minix but I have one problem.  I have an IBM
PC/XT with a DTC hard disk controller.  When I try to load the root
directories, the system hangs looking at both the floppy and hard drives.  Has
anyone else faced this problem? 

     I have no problems when booting the system on a similar PC/XT with
a non-DTC hard disk controller...
