	Is there a public domain version of awk for VMS (vanilla VMS,
	no UNIX emulators), and if so, where can one obtain it?

	Please no "Use VAX/SCAN" replies!  I don't have SCAN, nor do
	I have the dollars to get SCAN...  I am not writing new code,
	but trying to transport old awk scripts from a UNIX system.
