With all the discussion about the new security update, a number of
people have mentioned having difficulties getting a copy of 4.6 VMS
(DEC apparently archived it soon after it came out).  A bunch of
people have asked (either in articles or in e-mail) to let them know
if i ever got a copy from DEC.  Well, yes, after a *long* wait, i
received my copy of VMS 4.6 from DEC today.  So it is possible to get
it from DEC.

Thanks also to all of you who responded to my question on the security
update.
