Yes, indeed, IEN45 is alive and well on udel2 as claimed!
I'm impressed at what long memories Fuzzballs have.  And big disks, too,
apparently.  We will make sure the NIC gets a copy of IEN45
for their public files, which will relieve your 9.6bps path.
