I have placed copies of the new 4.3 networking files announced by Mike Karels
on flash.bellcore.com (128.96.32.20). They are available by anonymous FTP
under /pub/4.3. The latest version of bind (4.8) is also available under /pub
as /pub/bind.4.8.tar.Z.

Flash also has a complete set of RFCs, IENs and IETF working papers under
/pub/rfc, /pub/ien and /pub/ietf. All files are compressed with the unix
"compress" program.

This will hopefully be of interest to those on the east coast who would like
to help unload the cross-country ARPANET links.
