Brian has already stated that this arbitron is pretty much useless - if
you noticed, comp.sys.amiga doesn't appear ANYWHERE on that list!

You'll have a hard time convincing me that comp.sys.amiga.tech has 
overtaken comp.sys.amiga in volume...
