Why are people complaining about the ANSI committee's treatment
of 'REXX' when they did exactly what the complainers want?

I quote(section 3.1.3.4) :

	"The value of an integer character constant containing
	more than one character, ..., is implementation defined."

Under the dpANS the status of 'REXX' in C remains exactly what it has
been.
