As was pointed out to me right away, some of the CBM people that post
on Usenet are not part of CATS, but of other CBM departments (like 
George and Dave, for example).  Since they are a large part of CBM 
support on Usenet they should not be excluded from the voting.  So
we'll figure out a different name for the award.  Feel free to vote
for any of the CBM-Amiga people that post on comp.sys.amiga{.tech}.
