     Why does my MiniScribe make a buzz saw type noise when my startup-sequence
does a Binddrivers.  Is this harmful?  Can it be avoided?  (Please dont suggest
removing the hard drive.)  It sounds like it is stepping from the park zone
back to the first cylinder.  Any comments,
