Nope, CAT or CATS is too much related to the group that is set up to support
developers, and does not include some of the most voted like George and Dave.

That's an interesting proposal.  I could alwaus put it as business expense,
but I beleive with the new tax laws I could recoup only 90%. I'll investigate.

By the way, there are only 7 days left to vote.  The race is still pretty tight
and a few votes could make a difference.  Keep sending those votes in.
