Lines: 13 Keywords: SCSI streaming tape C.Ltd Adaptec software I have a 65 Mbyte Kennedy streaming tape drive and a Adaptec ACB-3530A SCSI to QIC-36 controller and a C.Ltd SCSI host adapter that I would like to get hooked up and operational to my system. I would like to write my own backup and restore commands and eventually write a driver to support the file system on the device. Does any one know how to send commands to the SCSI.device supplied by C.Ltd to do such a thing? I have tried C.Ltds backup and restore command that they supply for their Teac tape system, but I doesn't work. I does make the drive think it's backing up the hard disk but it always fails. Any help would be appreciated. Chris. somewhere over the rainbow???!rochester!kodak!ektools!barrett
