	Well, no.  What I meant by motion was 'motion that's not really there.'
A normal, unflickerFixered interlaced display has JITTER at the horizontal edges
of an image component.  The more horizontal edges an image has, the more jitter
it has.  fF removes this by removing interlacing.  Hence 'jitterFixer.'
I should have been clearer about the term 'motion.'
