It's sort of a long process, especially if you want to make it relocateable so that it will install correctly even if there are other commands installed. _Beneath Apple ProDOS_ (by Don Worth, Quality Software) tells how to do it, and even gives a sample command. NIBBLE Magazine is also a good source for this type of information.
