sure is ! especially because it works at full speed (3.6 Mhz) with
hard disk controller, serial pro and ramworks. its *really* hard
to use a 'normal' //e if you're used to the speed...
the gain in speed is incredible, i really can recommend this card.

sure wont, since the transwarp card has 256KB so it doesnt have
to use the slower ram on the motherboard / 80 col card
{you'll get a 128K apple if you havent already}. 
it copies the ROMs to RAM too, didnt ROMs have 400 ns or so access times ? :-)
but i think a zip chip {are they really out there now ? } is great for //c
and laser etc.
