Those users using un*x machines may want to take note... of you can't
exec executioner encoded files you may need to execute this sheel script..
it maps linefeeds to carriage returns which makes apples much happier...
(this process isn;t need if using kermit.. only xmodem type transfers..

just put this into an executable file in your directory...
say file lf2cr

cat $1 | tr '\012' '\015' > $2

then after downloading a file called say kermit..
just convert it with 

lf2cr kermit kermitgood

then new file will be in kermitgood ready to download to your apple2 
using xmodem...
