It's basically (argh....) a BASIC with commands and functions somewhat more "standard" (whatever that means) than Atari Basic. Notably, it has standard string functions, e.g., LEFT$, MID$, RIGHT$, etc., and string arrays. As for graphics and sound, I couldn't tell you.
