I used uudecode on our 4.3BSD machine and then used
	arc e man.arc
I was not able to get a successful... were you able to extract all the files
therein, or did you get the same message I got:

	I don't know how to handle file SH.MAN in archive man.arc
	I think you need a newer version of ARC.

Maybe my ARC is broken or outdated, but this is the first time I have
seen this messages.  The fact that some of the man pages were extracted
correctly make me suspicious...
