My best guess is that they archived the program on a non-ST. Other machines
are running arc version 5.2 that has a compression technique called squashing.
That version is currently being ported to the ST, but until then... You will
have to unarc it on an MS-DOS machine using PKXARC, or some other version
that uses squashing. Alternately, you could ask the person to repost it with
an earlier version of arc.
