It was made by a friend of mine at the University of Kansas, Mark Pennel. He was commissioned by Antic to put a demo tape together of the entire group of Cyber software packages. The tape includes some of the older CAD 3D demos, but mainly consists of new demos created for the video tape. It starts out with about 3-4 minutes of demos shown back-to-back, then a voice-over (Mark) goes thru the various features of CAD 3D 2.0, CyberPaint, and Cyber VCR-control. The tape includes the California Raisin animation as well as some thinly-veiled copies of demos that I saw last year at Siggraph. I may be biased, but considering the tape was created using: 2 Sony 8mm VCRs a 3/4" U-matic (at KU), a Mega 4, and 3 college students, the professional appearance (and sound) of the tape is incredible! It made me proud to own an Atari ST. They showed it at the West Coast Computer Faire and it was well-received (or at least so I have heard).
