Regarding the cpm cartridge for the c64:

The send and receive functions are plain ole xmodem
file transfer routines. They work.

You'll never find any software already on disk
in c64 format (other than a few titles Commodore
sold).

The big problem is disk speed. The 1541's are
just too slow for CP/M. Warm boots are
aggravatingly slow.

I sold my CP/M cartridge 3 years ago for a
great price.
