Try setting the SR to 412 or 1412 (depending on whether you want to boot
from te16 drive 0 or 1.  I believe the 212 and 1212 boots the RX11 (RX01 &
RX02) controller.  The 56 and 156 should boot the RH70 controller (RP06's,etc.)
