    There's an ad in this month's issue of Hardcopy for RX50 repairs
priced at $79 (yes, under $100), parts included. According to the
ad, there's a 3-day turn-around on the drives. Contact Efficient
Field Service Corp., 11 School St., West Chelmsford, MA, 01863,
(617) 256-8049 or (800) 257-4745.

    While I can't attest to the reliability of the repairs, this
is the first ad I've seen for RX50 repairs, and the price sure beats
DEC's.
