We're running Word Star on an IBM XT with a Juki printer.
For months, we've had no problems.  Suddenly, Word Star
has developed two problems: (1) it only prints double-spaced;
and (2) it refuses to load files from floppies.  I've tried
all sorts of tricks to turn off the double-spacing but to no
avail.

Worse, the staff is accusing me of sabotaging the program,
because I've tried (unsuccessfully) for months to get them
all to switch to Microsoft Word.

Any help would obviously be appreciated.
