Thanks to all that responded to my question on TSRs in C.  Seems like
the hot reference right now is the recent series of articles in Computer
Language Magazine, Feb & Mar of 88.  I have not seen the articles yet,
but I understand it is a very good treatment of TSRs in C, disussing
both Microsoft & Borland compilers.

The articles also have source listings included;  I have just posted
those listings to comp.binaries.ibm.pc.
