The PC Plue library is available online via standard anonymous FTP from
SIMTEL20.ARPA.  The main directory is PD1:<PC-BLUE> with subdirectories
in the form PD1:<PC-BLUE.VOLxxx> where xxx is a three-digit volume
number (with leading zeros for numbers below 100).
